1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under specific circumstances.

If you qualify for a refund, you will receive a credit in the form of a store credit or to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued for orders that are damaged, defective, or if the product does not match the description provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.

Once a refund request is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

2. Exchange Policy

No exchanges will be accepted. Please ensure that you carefully check your order details before confirming the purchase.

In the case of product defects or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement (explained below).

We will deliver the replaced or exchanged products within 7-8 days.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of receipt. After 10 days, we will not accept any returns.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.
